Green Subsidies @MC13: How can the WTO deliver? | EVENT

Date: Wednesday, 14th February
Time: 11:00 – 13:00
Location: Representation of North-Rhine Westphalia (in Rue Montoyer 47, 1000 Brussels)

With just a couple of weeks to go until the 13th Ministerial Conference, MC 13, of the WTO, I would like to invite you to an expert discussion on the issue ofGlobal Green Subsidies. This will be one of the decisive issues at MC13 in Abu Dhabi.

We want to explore two main questions that are easy to ask but hard to answer: How can we avoid a “race to the bottom” in a global subsidies merry-go-round? And which approach to subsidise the green transition makes sense?

We have secured a number of high-level speakers who join our panel and share their insights from different perspectives. We hope you can join us to benefit from their inputs and thoughts.

This public event will take place on Wednesday, 14th February, from 11:00 – 13:00 in the Representation of North-Rhine Westphalia (in Rue Montoyer 47, 1000 Brussels).
