Lithuanian German Forum was established on October 4, 2005 by the initiative of Lithuanian Foreign Ministry to develop direct society and people-to-people links between eminent leaders and famous persons of each country in the field of business, culture, education (dual vocational training), politics or public relations; to contribute to the cooperation between different regions of Lithuania and Germany; to initiate different other projects in Germany and Lithuania aimed at development of stronger relations between these two countries as well as the creation of the Wider Europe.

Vilnius Institute for Policy Analysis is an independent organisation uniting different policy experts. Our activities are aimed at increasing freedom, transparency, democracy, and civic awareness in Lithuania. We want the Lithuanian citizens to participate actively and boldly in the development of their state, thus removing power from stagnant bureaucracy and large monopolies in the state. We are united by our commitment to the future of an open democratic Lithuania and Europe.

Vytautas Magnus University, is one of the most modern academic institutions in Lithuania established by World Lithuanian Diaspora on the eve of regaining country’s independence (1989), promoting democratic values, inclusion and openness, integration to the European alliances, boasting an exciting history and playing the leading role in not just Lithuanian, but also the entire Baltic and European intellectual and cultural sphere.
