The recent escalation in the Middle East has demonstrated that the unresolved conflict between Israel and the Palestinians continues to be life-threatening for all people in the region. It also demonstrated the complexity of the situation with multiple actors involved and the fragility of Israeli society: multicultural yet not free from discrimination. Now that the reality on the ground has demolished any illusion of a comfortable status-quo for Israelis – what are the options to move forward in the region? We will discuss those issues with our guests and Members of the European Parliament.
